Preah Sihanouk: On the morning of November 5, 2019, after being informed that there was a human body floating in front of Koh Rong, Colonel Dim Sambo, the head of the maritime police crackdown, ordered ships into the area.
Soon after, forces managed to retrieve the body and bring it to the mainland for an examination.
