PHNOM PENH: Phnom Penh Municipal Police said on October 31, 2019, the Bureau of Investigation had arrested a suspect on Street 51, Sangkat Phsar Thmey 3, Daun Penh district.
The arrested man was detained in connection with an attempted theft on Street 430 on October 8th, that pulled a British man and his girlfriend from a motorcycle.
Colonel Bun Sathya said that the suspect was named Kim Wai, a 23-year-old Cambodian national
The case has been referred to Phnom Penh Municipal Court. TNN
