Phnom Penh: Every year for the Royal Water Festival authorities distribute OK brand condoms to a large number of people free of charge.
As people from the provinces make their way to Phnom Penh to party and have a good time, sex will inevitably come. That’s why authorities are offering free condoms to prevent sexually transmitted diseases, especially HIV / AIDS.
In addition, the National Authority for HIV / AIDS (NAA) will launch its campaign to distribute 500,000 condoms to citizens at the Water Festival on 10-12. November. According to Hor Nam Leng, deputy director of the National AIDS Authority, quoted by the Ministry of Information.
