Man Killed By Falling Barrier

PHNOM PENH: A barrier fell on a motorcyclist, killing him instantly at 10:20 am on November 2, 2019 on Street 209/Street 430, Village 4, Tumnup Dam, Boeung Keng Kang, Phnom Penh.

The victim’s name was Lam Vicsoth, a 75-year-old male.

According to the source, before the accident, the height restriction barrier was hit by a truck. As the barrier was being repaired, it collapsed onto the unfortunate victim passing on a Honda Today motorcycle.

Authorities are now investigating the incident.
