Sihanoukville: On November 1, at about 9pm, a fire engulfed a property in the area of Independence Street, Village 2, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville. It is reported that the building was a shop selling electrical equipment.
The fire took around 2 hours to control by multiple fire fighting units, and was extinguished by 11 pm. The cause and extent of damage is not yet known.
