Pursat: At 9:30 am on 31st October, 2019, residents of Chamkar Chrey village, Anlong Reap commune, Veal Veng district handed over 7 homemade rifles to the authorities.
In return, authorities gave each ex-gun owner one sack of rice, a gift from the governor of Pursat province.
