Sihanoukville: At 11:30 am on October 25, 2019 Immigration police have said that a 33-year-old Russian male DMITRI ZHUPIKOV, has been expelled from Cambodia after being detained for having no passport/visa back in July.

Why not keep your passport in order ? Its simple ,even for Russians
he died a year after his release. How did he end up in Cambodia? If he was deported in October 2019? He died in November 2020 in Sihanoukville. Write who knows the details.
