Sihanoukville Motorcycle Thieves Rounded Up
Preah Sihanouk Province – Citizens who have recently had their motorbikes stolen should contact the Preah Sihanouk Police Department.
On October 25, 2019, police arrested two more Chinese suspects of a moto-theft gang, bringing the number detained this week to seven .
The two suspects were named as LI ZHI QING, 31 and RONG XIAO MING Male, 29.
They join others who were arrested on October 22, 2019, three suspects in Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville; CHU LIANG 35, TAN KAI, 24, and XU YING BIAO Male, age 28.
Another two Cambodian men were caught in Sangkat 1 Sihanoukville; Seng Chhin, known as Krishna, 30 years and Sao Sang, also called Leang Male.
