Phnom Penh: Power lines caught on fire at 10:35 am on October 24, 2019 on Street 516 in Boeng Kak 1, Khan Toul Kork.

According to information from the security guard who was at the scene, he was standing below the line when he heard a fire and he looked up. People nearby used fire extinguishers to put out the blaze. A fire truck arrived, but wasn’t needed. TDN
