Kampong Speu: On October 23, 2018, at 12:20 pm, there was a blackout in Nhor Village, Sangkat Kandoldom, Chbar Morn City, Kampong Speu Province.
The power cut was caused by a tipper truck which wasn’t paying attention to the overhead cables.
A technical team is repairing the wires and re-connecting electricity to customers.
