Siem Reap: A man was killed at 7:25 pm on October 22, 2019 in Prasath Thmey Village, Sangkat Teuk, Siem Reap City.
The victim was identified as 27-year-old Son Veasna, a construction worker , and the suspect as Prem Pru (the victim’s uncle).
Authorities said that prior to the incident, the uncle had argued with the his nephew, and then the victim waved around a bamboo stick and called the suspect outside.
The suspect then came out of the house with a knife and a sword and struck the victim, killing him. He then fled to a neighbor’s house.
The victim was taken to the Siem Reap Referral Hospital, but died fro injuries to his head and arm.
The suspect was arrested for questioning. POST NEWS
