3 Arrested In Moto-Murder Case
Phnom Penh: A police coalition from various departments have arrested 3 suspects thought to be involved in a murder-robbery which occurred on 15 October 2019, in Khan Dangkao.
The suspects arrested were named as: Oeung Pheak , 43, Pok Ny, 42, and another 36 year old man.
The three are accused of strangling the victim to death and stealing his Honda Dream motorcycle, an Oppo phone and the victim’s wallet.
