Mysterious Undercover Arrest Of Foreign Male

Phnom Penh-  On the evening of October 18, 2019, a foreign man was arrested by police following a court order. The arrest was made near the National Assembly in Tonle Bassac commune, Chamkarmon district, Phnom Penh.

Before the incident, a foreigner, who was about 40 years old, was riding a three-wheeler tuk tuk in a southbound direction, when a black Lexus 470, license plate number 2AC-7772 stopped the tuk tuk and removed the man.

The foreigner shouted for help, but the public were told that officers were executing an arrest warrant. Authorities have not yet confirmed the case. AREY NEWS
