Kandal: On October 14, 2019, at 8:28 pm, a beer thief was arrested in Boeng Kandal village, Cheung Khum commune, Leuk Dek district, Kandal province.
Thorn Van Thang, a 33-year-old male, from the village was spotted pilfering a box of Ganzberg beer from outside a property.
Administrative police recovered 13 cans as evidence after tracking down the suspect around 1 km away from the scene. He was then arrested for further questioning. KBN
