Battambang After Boat Races
Battambang: The Water Festival, which ran in Battambang over 2 days on October 12 and 13, had a happy ending with many people celebrating. But after the Water Festival, when the boats came off the water and the fireworks finished, the main problem was garbage.
According to a Facebook account named Sok Van, rubbish was left strewn across the public gardens and streets, affecting of this wonderful province. Many people are dissatisfied with this kind of disorder and want things to change.

Maybe if BINS were put in Public places, there would b somewhere to put rubbish. Also SIGNS, asking pepple to use them. Cant be that hard!!!
