Siem Reap Cop Caught After Drug Dealer Bust

Kampong Thom: A Siem Reap police officer has been arrested for drug trafficking.

Another suspect was also arrested for buying drugs from theofficer, local police said. The suspect, Nuon Vyvann, was a well-known police officer who has been involved with the drug trade for four years.

A suspect was detained in Kampong Svay district and sent to the Kompong Thom Police Department where he said that he had bought drugs from police officers in Siem Reap.

Then, the Kompong Thom Provincial Police, in cooperation with the Siem Reap Provincial Police, arrested the officer, at 12:10 pm on October 12, 2019.

The dirty cop was taken to Kompong Thom provincial police station pending further questioning and to file a case for the court. SOKHA HOT NEWS
