Chinese Man On Drugs Strips And Climbs

Phnom Penh : A Chinese man high on drugs began climbing on buildings and threatening to jump at about 9 pm on 11 October 2019, in front of Phnom Penh Airport.

According to people at the scene, the Chinese man first climbed onto a three-story apartment building and stripped to his underwear, screaming and preparing to jump of. Onlookers prepared bedding below to break his fall.

The Royal Gendarmerie’s intervention team took  rescue equipment and removed the unidentified man safely, and sent him to the Phnom Penh Gendarmerie. TDN
