Preah Sihanouk – On the afternoon of October 11, 2019, two Chinese men were arrested in connection with the failed kidnap and killing of another Chinese male in a car on October 6.
Forces also recovered a handgun, which is thought to have been used in the murder.
A male and female Chinese national were arrested after the incident, while the two suspects arrested today manged to escape. However, authorities have not yet confirmed the full details. CHNC
