Monk Beats Man With Stick
Kompong Thom: On October 10, 2019, a monk attacked a citizen with a stick, causing injuries.
The monk Kim Vong Vichea ( also known as Chan Kuna) is 59 years old.
It is reported that he hit Ang Kok Hin, a 45-year-old male, causing injury to his spine. The victim had complained about noise from the wat.
After the incident Sandan Police arrested the monk and the victim was taken to Kampong Thom hospital. A long stick, measuring about 1 meter was taken away as evidence.
