Phnom Penh: On October 10, 2019, a concrete truck collided with a PTT tanker driving in the opposite direction, causing three people to be critically injured in Trapeang Reang Commune, Sen Sok District, Phnom Penh.
The victims were taken to hospital, and the two vehicles were seized by police and kept at the municipal traffic police’s office for a formal investigation. More photos
