Phnom Penh: In a shocking incident, an Indian tuk tuk driver attacked two women on 335 Street. Boeung Kak 1, Toul Kork, Phnom Penh at 11:30 pm on 6 October 2019.
According to the victim, the victim she had ordered a Passapp, which had not arrived, when the tuk tuk plated Phnom Penh 1XX-7224 with P183578 Passapp ID puled up and tried to other the woman a ride.
The women refused and an argument broke out between the driver and one woman. The driver then took a steel bar from inside his tuk tuk and attacked the woman and escaped after people intervened. The incident was filmed by the other woman.
The victim also filed a complaint at Boeng Kak 1 police station, Khan Toul Kork, Phnom Penh, to arrest the man for legal action. PKARTHMOR
