Expired Visa Russians Visit Immigration

Phnom Penh: On October 8, 2019, at 2:30 pm, two foreigners came to the office of the Phnom Penh Municipal Police Office to ask the immigration police for help to return to their country. They have both over stayed their visa and have no money to pay.

The two foreign nationals were named as ALBERT KUPRIENKO, a 24-year-old Russian male who arrived in the Kingdom of Cambodia on June 21, 2019 (visa expired July 21, 2019) and MAKSIM MOSHKIN, a 31 year old Russian who arrived on December 1st 2017 (residency visa expired on 21 July 2018).

The foreigners were sent to the Department of Immigration for procedures.
