Preah Sihanouk: A Chinese suspect was arrested in connection with drug offenses on Saturday, October 6, 2019, in village of 2, Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville by the Anti-Narcotics Police Office of Preah Sihanouk.
Luo Guowei, a 24 year old Chinese national was caught with 3 packets of what appears to be methamphetamine and 2WY (yama) pills *in somewhat ironic packaging.
