Phnom Penh: On October 5, 2019, at 1:10 am, the Kokang Kheng administration arrested two suspects involved with drug trafficking along Road 2011, Kok Kheng, Sen Sok District.
Huy Rith, 21, and Chhay Sam Oeun, 37 years old, both from Sen Sok district, were caught with two small bags of drugs, knives and one handgun. The suspects currently being detained at the Sen Sok district police headquarters.
