Kampong Chhnang: Man Dies After Crashing Into Water

Kampong Chhnang: A man, reported to be Deputy Director of the Kompong Chhnang Provincial Senate Relations Department has died after driving his car into a canal at some time before midnight on October 03, 2019 in Kompong Chhnang district. The victim was identified as Kin Visal, who is in his 30s.

The accident may have been caused by the victim drunk driving. His body was found floating in the water outside the vehicle. It is thought he drowned after escaping the semi-submerged car. – Amapapa Facebook
