Phnom Penh: On October 3, 2019, at 1:00 pm, a foreigner, SHAIKH HASIBUL, a 34-year-old Indian national, came to the Immigration Office to ask to be sent back to his country.
He has been unable to pay for his last visa since 23.05.2019. He was taken to the General Department of Immigration to carry out the proceedings.
