Korean Collapses After Immigration Questions

Siem Reap: At about 12:30 pm on September 30, 2019, the Bureau of Investigation and Procedure went to Blue Moon Café located in Krousar Village, Svay Dangkum, Siem Reap, to visit a foreigner in connection with illegal over staying of his visa.

This foreigner, LEE MOONGYOO, male, 54, a South Korean, has a passport which expired on 26-03-2018.

While questioning the foreigner, he was suddenly struck down by a mystery illness and referred to Rasmei hospital.

According to a susequent review by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Technology, his resident visa expired on October 16, 2017.

He is currently being treated at Rasmei Angkor Hospital and will be sent to Siem Reap Evacuation Center for deportation proceedings when he is feeling a little better. CAMBODIAN POLICE
