UPDATE: Virak Buntham Bus Crashes, Siem Reap

Siem Reap: A bus was involved in an accident at about 10:10 pm on September 29, 2019, along National Road 6 in Sotnikum district. The bus appears to belong to the Virak Buntham company.

So far reports say 2 people were injured. UPDATE: One of those injured has contacted CNE to say that 5 people were sent to hospital, 1 with a broken thigh. He also added the bus crashed into another vehicle traveling in the same direction. The driver is apparently in police custody and there is speculation over his ‘fitness’ to operate the vehicle.

Authorities have removed the vehicle and the injured are being treated in hospital. POST NEWS
