Stricken Sand Ship Finally Set Free

Kandal: According to a statement from the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, as of 12 pm on September 30, 2019, the sand boat that had been stuck on the Prek Thmak Bridge had been successfully removed. There appears to be no damage to the bridge.
