Storms Destroy Homes and Kill in Kandal/Svay Rieng

Kandal: On 28 September 2019, several properties in Kandal province were destroyed by high winds and heavy rain. 6 houses were damaged, leaving 1 seriously injured and 4 others needing medical attention in one commune, while 7 houses were damaged in another, but without injuries.

In Svay Rieng, two houses collapsed, killing two and injuring seven (including a 5 year old boy and another 8 year old) in Svay Chrum district.
