Phnom Penh: A Chinese construction company CEO KT Pacific in 7Makara is accused of negligence after a steel girder fell from the site and hit a parked Camry during Pchum Ben holiday.
The incident occured at 2 pm September 28, 2019 in Veal Vong commune, 7 Makara district, Phnom Penh.
According to the owner of the car, his family had just came from a trip to the province and got out of the car to with their luggage when the metal fell and went straight through the windscreen. Luckily nobody was hurt.
