Phnom Penh: Phnom Penh Municipal Administration has issued a notification on transporting passengers over the Pchum Ben Festival holiday:
1. Companies and the owners of vehicles carrying passengers are asked to keep prices unchanged.
2. Let the company owners and the owners of vehicles instruct staff and drivers not to overload their passengers and to obey the traffic rules.
3. Citizens should not overload vehicles or sit on the roof of a taxi to avoid accidents.
