Chinese Expelled and Banned for 3 Years

Preah Sihanouk: At 21:20 on 23 September 2019, the Sihanouk International Airport Police Force in cooperation with the police headquarters deported two foreigners on charges of ‘suspicion of planning a crime’ (*not sure, but at least 2 websites and a ministry post say the same thing. Possibly some sort of conspiracy charge).

The two foreigners were:
1 / LIU MIN male, age 30, Chinese national
2 / WU ZHIHENG male, 20 years old Chinese national.

Both were expelled from Cambodia on Flight QD728 (KOS-CHN) and banned from returning for three years.
