Man Burned in Siem Reap Explosion Dies
Siem Reap: On September 23, 2019, one of the 12 victims burned following a gas explosion on August 14, 2019, in Siem Reap town passed away as a result of his injuries.
No further details have yet been released.
UPDATE: The victim, identified as Moeun Koy, 46, was a truck driver and father to six children living in Siem Reap. He was taken to a hospital in Thailand following the explosion.
