Phnom Penh: At 12.10 pm on 22 September 2019, there was an outburst of violence inside a KTV along Nehru Road in Depot 3, Toul Kork.
Five to six drunken young men and women came to drink at the KTV DIN, and called the staff to sit down. After some sort of argument, a woman (*probably a staff member) threw a glass of wine at a guest, and was attacked. She was then taken to hospital.
Local authorities went down to the site and detained the perpetrators for interrogation and legal action. AREY NEWS
