Sihanoukville – On September 18, 2019, provincial authorities led a team to collect and clean up rubbish and rubbish at the end of Ochheuteal Beach, Sihanoukville.
Trash and various garbage had piled up on the beach after several days of continuous rainfall, and had flowed through canals from the city into the sea.
