Dog lovers are increasing, but so are sales of rural dogs for the meat trade, especially in the provinces.
A Facebook account named Sam Phannarith claims he met with one such dog trader and spent $ 350 to buy the 9 animals being transported to the slaughterhouse on 18 September.
