Battambang: As of 11:00 am, September 17, 2019, the water level on the Sanke River is 13.3 meters, so that residents are asked to be on high alert, especially with young children.
The rise comes the day after authorities warned that the dam upstream was going to be opened, following heavy rain and floods in Samlot district of the province.
