Sihanoukville: On September 16, 2019, at 11:57 am, a robbery happened at a karaoke parlor in Village 4, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville (next to the new Health Department).
A group of between seven to ten Chinese nationals entered the lobby and attacked a Chinese man, LONG HUAYOU, a 29-year-old male, an employee at the business. They managed to take $ 2,000 from the cashier and escaped in Lexus 570.
