Chinese Man Sent To Immigration On Drugs Rap
Phnom Penh: On September 14, 2019 at 17:00, The Phnom Penh Police Commissioner’s Office of Immigration Investigation and Procedure received one Chinese man, 28-year-old LI KAIXIAN, from the Anti-Narcotics Bureau of the Police Phnom Penh police.
The man does not have a valid passport/visa and has been using illicit drugs.
He arrived Cambodia in August 2019 by the Phnom Penh International Airport as a tourist.
He was referred to the Department of Investigation and Implementation of the Directorate General of Immigration to carry legal procedures.
