Phnom Penh – Phnom Penh authorities have temporarily suspended traffic on the steel Russei Keo bridge due to an oil tanker crashed yesterday.
Sam Piseth, director of the Phnom Penh Municipal Department of Public Works and Transport, told the press that on the morning of September 11, 2019, authorities had temporarily suspended the traffic on the Russey Keo bridge due to an oil tanker crash last night.
He added that experts and authorities are now inspecting the site to find out the damage and the impact. Upon final review, the authorities will issue a formal notification informing the public.
The company added that Savannak’s oil tanker had crashed into the eastern end of the bridge. SWIFT NEWS
