Phnom Penh: According to preliminary reports, forces raided another condominium tower and detained 63 Chinese nationals and 8 Cambodians.
The crackdown took place at 11:30 am on September 10 at Sunshine Boutique Residence, # 8, Street 496, Village 2 in Phsar Doeum Thkov, Khan Chamkarmorn.
Police say the arrests were made in connection with VoIP scams.
