Man Kills Bride-To-Be’s Parents Over Milk Money

Takeo: A 29-year-old man in Takeo has been arrested after his fiancee’s parents were stabbed to death following an argument over bride price.

The incident occurred on September 7, 2019, at around 9 pm, in Prey Talot village, Trang Kok district, Takeo.

Yim Vanna confessed to killing Seng Kruth, 63, and his wife Seng Oum, 55 following his arrst on September 8. He told cops he was angry over the amount of money the couple wanted before agreeing to let him marry their daughter. AMAPAPA
