Trial For Japanese Taxi Killers To Begin Monday
Siem Reap: The Siem Reap Provincial Court will begin proceedings against two Japanese nationals who are accused of murdering a taxi driver and attempting to steal his vehicle.
The shocking crime took place on May 17, 2019 in Siem Reap province. Him Chan, a father of 4 had his throat cut in Pouk district when driving the pair to Siem Reap town.
Ishida Reimon and Nakakuri Ryuji, both 24, are charged with premeditated murder.
It is not yet known how they intend to plea.
