Foreigner Commits Suicide on 136

Phnom Penh: Police were called at 12:20 pm on September 8, 2019 along Street 136 in PhsarKandal II commune , Daun Penh district, Phnom Penh,

It is believed a foreign guest at Khmer Village #110, St 136 has killed themselves in a room (*probable hanging, UPDATE: confirmed).

Authorities are now at the scene and details will be released later.
