Arrests Over Chinese Man’s Death in Robbery
Phnom Penh: Two suspects were arrested by Boeung Keng Kang police after a Chinese man died in an attempted snatch of his mobile phone on 29 August 2019 at 21:40.
at the base at Toul Svay Prey I commune, Boeng Keng Kang district.
The investigation led to the arrests on September 6, 2019. The two youths, who have not been named were found with evidence including a motorcycle allegedly used in the incident and the victim’s phone.
Both suspects have confessed and are being held until a court date is arranged. AMAPAPA
