MLVT’s Pchum Ben Holiday Notice

Phnom Penh: For the upcoming Pchum Ben holiday, the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training informs all owners or directors of enterprises that operate within the scope of the Labor Law, to allow workers four paid days off.

According to the Ministry of Labor notice on Pchum Ben holiday, all workers be allowed 27-28-29 (Friday-Sunday) along with September 30th (Monday).

At the same time, the owners of all establishments must try to pay their workers before Pchum Ben, or allow an advance of at least 50 percent before the holiday.

The Ministry of Labor is confident that all owners or directors of enterprise establishments will comply with this notice. Rasmei Kampuchea
