Malaysian Breaks Leg in Hit and Run
Phnom Penh: A Malaysian man was hit by an unidentified vehicle on Norodom Boulevard/Street 222 corner, Daun Penh District, at 4:45 am September 5, 2019.
The victim, named Hugh Quinn, a 21-year-old Malaysian, staying at the Garden Hotel. Street 252, Daun Penh district, was left with a badly injured left leg.
A Yahama motorcycle involved was taken away and Daun Penh Police Inspectorate are searching for the driver who fled the scene.
