UPDATE: Road 4 Flooding

UPDATE: At 8 am traffic is moving, but slowly and under the careful watch of local authorities.

UPDATE: Traffic was allowed to pass carefully at 10 pm, with police on the scene.

Authorities announced the temporary closure of traffic (for cars) this evening, September 4, 2019, at Stung Samrong Bridge, between 115-116 National Road 4.

Officials said the floodwaters have gone over the Stung Samrong Bridge and several hundred meters of the highway,

Police are on the scene advising. Check for updates tomorrow.
