Russian Shoplifters Stopped in Siem Reap
Siem Reap: Two foreigners were detained at Angkor Shopping Mall located in Sala Kanseng Village, Sangkat Svay Dangkum, Siem Reap City on August 30, 2019 at 11:40.
Siem Reap police said the two men – ALEKSANDR ORBACHEBSKII, 34 and ALEXANDER FOKIN, 32 were both Russian nationals.
In questioning, the two foreigners admitted that they were actually stealing from the mall (*vodka, cheese, salmon, nickers and cigarettes) and were caught by security guards.
The two suspects are currently being detained while a case is prepared for court.
